派專業技術人員到現場免費指導發電設備、電站輔助係統及相關設備的安裝;免費對機組進行調試直至驗收合格;免費對用戶操作維護人員進行技術培訓。貴方也可派技術骨幹到(dào)我廠培訓,免費提供食宿,學會為止。
We will send our technician to the site to guide you the installation of generator set, subsystem and relative equipment. We will debug the generator set till it can generate power successfully. We will also supply a technical training to the operators. You also can send your staff to our company. We can train you till you can operate the generator set and during this time we can offer you board and lodging free of charge.

● 采取按地區分片負責,定期或不定期巡回服務(wù)和訪問,采取無償技術服務,包括設備調試、故障(zhàng)排除、技術谘詢、技術(shù)支(zhī)持、協助維護保養等;
● “三(sān)包”期內屬質量問(wèn)題將提供無(wú)償服務(人為原因損壞除外、易損件除外);
● 累計運(yùn)行 1500 小時或一年保(bǎo)修服務(wù)(以先到為準(zhǔn)),終身維修;
● 在接到服務(wù)信息後 2 小時內給予響應;視用戶機組故障程度服務人員 4-12 小時內起程前往故障(zhàng)現場;
● 當機組出現(xiàn)故障時,我公司以“先處理問題,盡快恢複機組運行(háng),後分析原因”服務原則,及時(shí)準確處理現場質量問題, 確保為用戶贏得最大的經濟效益。

◎ In our company, different people is in charge of different area, we will response periodically and support you technical service free of charge, include equipment debugging, fault eliminating, technical consulting and support , maintenance assistant, etc.
◎ For the quality problem, we will service for you free of charge during the guarantee period (except damage caused by human factors, except vulnerable parts).
◎ 1500 running hours or one year warranty (which comes first) and lifetime maintenance.
◎ Respond within 2 hours after receiving service information; Service personnel shall depart to the fault site within 4-12 hours according to the fault degree of the user's unit.
◎ Insisting on principle of" solving problem first, trying to recover the generator set as soon as possible and then analysis the reason",we solve quality problem in time when genset doesn't work. We insure to help our clients to gain the biggest economic profit.
